This is a lovely vintage Lillie Rubin black tulle dress from the late 1970s with sparkling gold polka dots. This magical dress has an illusion bodice and sheer sleeves with a gold polka dot mesh on top, with a spaghetti strap under dress in a black and gold diamond patterned mesh. There is also a layer of tulle to give the beautiful fullness to the skirt.

There is "boning" for structure in the bodice and the dress closes with a center back zipper.
